If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund within 14 days of receipt. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase to return merchandise for a refund.
Simply call our Customer Service Department to initiate our return and refund process. You will be fully responsible for all costs associated to shipping the item back to our designated location.
If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, we need to know as soon as possible to initiate the claims process. Please contact our Customer Service Department, and we’ll give you instructions on how to return damaged merchandise. We may need you to take pictures of the damage.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we’ll refund the purchase price to your credit card. You’ll receive an email with the status of your refund request, and can expect to receive your refund in 5 to 10 business days.
We’re happy to exchange your purchase for one that might fit your needs better. Please contact our Customer Service Department with proof of purchase and the item you would like to exchange.
If there is a difference between the original purchase price and the price of the exchanged item, a debit or credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
After 14 days, only store credit will be given for pricing differences on exchanges.
Monolith Black accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Please know that all payment information is electronically secure when you use our website.
Monolith has a 1-year standard warranty which covers manufacturing faults and defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear; misuse; damage caused by airlines or aircraft carriers; damage caused by baggage handlers; and damage caused by overstuffing, or any use outside of what our products were designed for.
